Snapped Leather Journal.
Two diesel truck engine roller bearings are wired onto the cover of this Snapped Leather Journal. The acid-free journal pages are bound around a leather cord which is extended off the ends of the cover. This cord has been affixed with a strong snap. Copper has been sprayed with water to create a pattern, and then sealed with a clear fixative. The coversheets of this snapped leather journal feature copper swirls.
